Cove Wellness was founded to make fitness more approachable, personalized, and accessible, bringing expert instruction directly to clients in the comfort of their own homes, vacation rentals, and private spaces across Cape Cod.
Whether working one-on-one with clients focused on healthy aging and mobility or leading energizing small group sessions for gatherings and events, our goal is always the same: to help people feel stronger, more confident, and more connected to their bodies.
Meet Jenny Leyton
Founder Jenny Leyton is a certified personal trainer, Pilates instructor, and spin instructor with a lifelong passion for movement, athletic performance, and helping others build strength in sustainable, empowering ways.
Born and raised in Eastham, Jenny grew up immersed in Cape Codโs active outdoor lifestyle – surfing, exploring the coastline, and competing in basketball, soccer, and track at Nauset Regional High School. After graduation, she returned to coach the Nauset Girlsโ JV Basketball team for three seasons, an experience that strengthened her passion for mentorship, leadership, and fitness education.
Jenny earned her degree in Recreation and Program Management from the University of New Hampshire, where she developed a deeper appreciation for strength training, functional movement, and long-term wellness. That foundation ultimately led her into personal training and movement instruction, where she now helps clients of all ages improve strength, mobility, balance, endurance, and overall confidence.
In addition to private personal training through Cove Wellness, Jenny also teaches Pilates and group fitness classes at local Cape Cod studios.
